As a general contractor, we are well established in the construction industry. But we move on. We think along with our clients from the design phase and if required, support them in the financing and commercialisation of their project. We also have an in-house joinery shop and develop real estate projects under the name Wycreate.
General contractor
As a Grade 8 construction company, we focus on the industrial, commercial and residential markets. From our broad expertise, we think with the client from the design phase.
Supporting developers
Over the years, we built up the necessary experience, knowledge and financial structure to support developers and investors in the technical preparation of their project. Financing during the construction phase and customer support during commercialisation.
Joinery
Our wood department realises various joinery works for our contracting projects and provides fast and hands-on support to our construction sites. Keeping these activities in-house allows us to respond flexibly to our customers’ needs.
Project development
Under the name Wycreate, we develop our own real estate projects. Founded in 2003 for the realisation of Parking Reep in Ghent, Wycreate has today evolved into a developer of residential projects with a focus on quality and personalised customer support.
