In Gijzenzele, a submunicipality of Oosterzele, Seminpark develops a new land parcelling project consisting of 25 semi-detached and terraced family homes.
It was decided to give each home a rural character and an individual design. The spatial layout of the homes allows flexibility, and as regards finishing work the buyer is professionally assisted with his/her selection of materials.
