Municipal Technical Institute

The project consists of several parts with both new construction and conversion works.

Renovation of existing classrooms where various technical installations were modified and added.

Renovation of the old gymnasium, where the interior finishing and technical installations were integrally renewed.

Renovation of the existing workshop. Besides replacing the technical installations and refurbishing these premises, stability works were also carried out in order to build an additional storey on top of the existing building. The creation of additional external stairs and a lift now make this additional floor accessible.

Construction of a gymnasium above the existing workshop. This was built with a full metal structure, supporting the modified support structure of the workshop below.

Construction of classrooms that were also built with a metal support structure.

Infrastructure works spread across the entire school complex and demolition of the existing timber shed.

Adjustment works in the car workshop and installation of a new external staircase to make classrooms on the 1st floor and the roofs accessible.

Thermal insulation of the existing facades and associated facade finishes. Replacement of the existing windows were also provided.

The job includes structural work, finishing, techniques and environmental construction.
