The construction project forms part of a brownfield development and comprises three blocks with mixed functions. The main purpose is residential and comprises 29 homes, supplemented by commercial spaces and offices. The underground floor connecting the blocks offers parking spaces for 67 vehicles.
Wyckaert participated in the financing of the project and took responsibility for assisting the customer with the sale of the residential part.
The works include structural work, finishing and technical facilities.
