An old industrial brownfield site was developed to become a new residential part of the city. The project consists of 27 terraced homes and urban villas with 49 apartments spread across three blocks. The blocks are connected underground to a communal car park for 54 cars. Both the homes and the apartments are built in accordance with the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standards.
The works include structural work, finishing and technical facilities.
