Conversion and extension of a crèche

The project was carried out in phases. In the first phase a new crèche was built onto the existing one. After bringing the new construction into use, the existing building was renovated in the second phase.
On the ground floor the new building has five shared spaces for 14 children, sleeping rooms, offices, a multi-purpose space and a large kitchen. The first floor houses changing rooms, offices, a meeting room, a staff room and the technical spaces.
The works include structural work, finishing, technical facilities and landscaping.
